Emergency first aid kit anti-speed. "antispeed" - a first aid kit to prevent infection with HIV infection and hepatitis First aid kit form 50 composition application

A first aid kit for emergency prevention, transmitted through the blood, must be present in all honey. organizations on a par with the "Antishok" set. This one has a specific composition and is briefly referred to as "AntiAIDS", since it is HIV infection that is currently considered the most dangerous viral disease with parenteral transmission.

What is the Anti-AIDS kit for?

In terms of the spread of HIV infection, Russia ranks 4th in the world. And if earlier people who inject were infected first of all, today the risk of infection during medical diagnostic and aesthetic procedures increases.

Infection with the human immunodeficiency virus occurs through direct contact with the blood or other biological fluids (saliva, urine, sputum, wound contents) of the patient. The likelihood of getting sick increases if there are microtraumas, cracks on the skin of the victim, or if the virus has got on the mucous membranes.

The most serious risk of infection is in hospitals, manicure and tattoo parlors, cosmetic and dental offices. And if medical institutions regularly check the regulatory authorities for the sanitary and epidemiological regime, then in beauty salons such checks do not always take place.

Meanwhile, for effective prevention of HIV infection, it is enough to wash the area of skin or mucous membrane with a disinfectant in a timely manner. Only in some cases recommend more serious preventive measures - combined antiretroviral therapy.

New requirements of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation

First aid kit "AntiAIDS" ("Anti-HIV") is completed in accordance with SanPina 3.1.5 2826-10, as well as in accordance with the orders of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The last of the current orders regarding laying for emergency prevention of HIV and other parenteral infections came into force on March 13, 2018 and is still relevant today. According to the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 1n, the "Anti-HIV" first aid kit must be equipped with:

  • 70% medical solution;
  • 5% alcohol solution of iodine;
  • Bactericidal adhesive tape (minimum size 1.9 cm × 7.2 cm) - 3 pcs.;
  • Two sterile bandages measuring 10 cm × 5 m;
  • Sterile gauze wipes with a minimum size of 14 cm × 16 cm - 10 pcs.

The listed products must be packed in a container made of a material that is resistant to repeated disinfectant treatments.

Note!

The sequence of actions depends on how exactly the possible infection occurred and where the biological material ended up.

For skin punctures and cuts

After a skin puncture with a needle or an incision with medical instruments, first of all, the damaged area should be washed with running water and soap and dried thoroughly with a napkin. Then the wound surface is treated with ethanol and a solution of iodine is applied liberally. At the end, an aseptic bandage is applied or the damaged skin is sealed with adhesive tape. To prevent the bandage from getting wet, it is allowed to wear a rubber glove or a fingertip over it.

When biological material gets on the skin and mucous membranes

If drops of the patient's blood get on the skin, then they must be wiped with 70% ethyl alcohol. Then lather the area thoroughly and rinse with tap water. It is better to dry the skin with disposable wipes, and then apply medical alcohol to it again.

In a situation where the patient's blood or other biological fluid gets into the eyes or nose, they are immediately washed with plenty of running water. At the same time, you should not rub your eyes and nasal passages, this will only increase the risk of the virus entering the bloodstream. The oral cavity in a similar case is first rinsed with water, and then with 70% alcohol.

If clothing is contaminated with biological material, then it should be immediately removed and placed in a disinfectant solution or in a metal bix for subsequent autoclaving.

The surfaces of furniture and medical equipment contaminated with biomaterial are wiped with an antiseptic solution, for example, chloramine B.

Antiretroviral drugs

After the accident, the blood of the patient and the health worker is sent to the AIDS center for a rapid HIV test. If the patient's HIV infection is known in advance, then the victim is prescribed antiretroviral drugs for prophylactic purposes in combination: lopinavir / ritonavir (kaletra) + zidovudine / lamivudine (combivir). Medicines are drunk twice a day, combivir one at a time, and Kaletra two tablets at a time.

You need to start taking them no later than 3 days after the accident, but preferably within the first 2 hours. If these medicines are not available, prophylactic therapy is started with any available antiretroviral agent.

Antiretroviral drugs cannot be freely bought at a pharmacy without a doctor's prescription. If they are not in a medical institution, then you should contact the AIDS center to receive drugs.

Under what circumstances is there a risk of contracting HIV?

Infection with the human immunodeficiency virus is possible in any situation when a healthy person comes into contact with the patient's biological fluids. The risk of infection is especially high if the integrity of the skin or mucous membranes of the victim is violated. The more likely to become infected, the higher the viral load in an HIV-infected patient.

Since a person's HIV status is not always known even to himself, emergency prophylaxis should be started in any case. Remember that people who inject drugs or similar psychotropic drugs and their families are primarily at risk for HIV infection.

"AntiAIDS" - a first aid kit that is used to treat wounds in institutions that provide personal services (hairdresser, cosmetology, tattoo and beauty salons). This set consists of certain medical preparations, dressings and hygiene products.

Why do you need an Anti-AIDS first aid kit?

Any cut or wound can be treated with this medicine kit to prevent the spread of infection. The use of a first aid kit is necessary in such situations:

  1. Preventive measures. The medical kit includes protective equipment: rubber gloves, fingertip. Thanks to the contents, the risk of infection from another person is minimized even in case of direct contact.
  2. Prevention of infection. If a specialist of the personal services service has received an injury (cut, wound) upon contact with a client, it is necessary to treat the affected area of the body. "AntiAIDS" - a first aid kit that contains the drugs necessary for disinfection. With the help of the tools in the kit, you can stop bleeding, disinfect the affected areas, and remove microbes that have entered the wound. In case it is necessary to treat the eyes with antiviral agents, a pipette is provided in the first-aid kit.

Organizations working in the field of personal services and having a large staff should ensure that each employee has an Anti-AIDS first aid kit. The composition of the medicines included in the kit is aimed solely at preventing infection. It is impossible to help an already infected person using the funds in this special first-aid kit, since they are powerless and useless in this case.

What is included in the Anti-AIDS first aid kit?

To prevent infection with HIV infection and hepatitis of a viral nature, the composition of the Anti-AIDS kit was developed. The first-aid kit should contain the following list of drugs and medical supplies:

  • medical alcohol 70%;
  • boric acid 1% solution;
  • "Protalgor" 1%;
  • distilled water (packaging of 100 ml);
  • gauze and cotton swabs, dressings;
  • antiseptic adhesive plaster;
  • glass pipettes (5 pcs.);
  • potassium permanganate (solution 0.05%);
  • fingertip (5 pcs.) And sterile gloves;
  • disinfectant ("Chloramine B" 3%);
  • scissors;
  • antibacterial soap;
  • first aid box.

The "AntiAIDS" first aid kit (SanPin 2.1.3.2630-10, Appendix 12) has been compiled taking into account all the recommendations and is a mandatory attribute in organizations providing household services to the population. Despite the name of the drug kit, it is not only intended to protect against HIV infection. The main purpose of the first aid kit is to prevent possible infection.

It is important to observe the shelf life of the medicines contained in the kit.

How to act in case of cuts?

In case of cuts and other injuries of the skin, preventive measures are taken; for their implementation, the Anti-AIDS first-aid kit is used. The composition of the kit includes all the necessary preparations for processing and disinfection.

To avoid infection with HIV and hepatitis, the worker must take precautions when working with piercing and cutting objects.

If there is a cut, it is urgent to treat the wound. With light pressure on the affected area, we squeeze out the blood, then we wash our hands with running water using antibacterial soap. Next, we carry out the treatment with alcohol, after which we smear the iodine solution on the wound.

If blood or other biological secretions get on the skin, the area is wiped with medical alcohol. Wash the skin with antibacterial soap and water and apply the alcohol solution again.

If blood gets on the mucous membranes, the following manipulations should be performed:

  • eyes are washed with clean water or boric acid;
  • the mouth is rinsed with an alcohol solution, potassium permanganate or boric acid;
  • the nasal cavity is treated with "Protargol".

Antiretroviral drugs

"AntiAIDS" is a first aid kit necessary to prevent infection with such dangerous diseases as HIV and hepatitis.

For emergency preventive measures are used. Within a month, it is recommended to take Azidothymidine. The combination of this drug with "Lamivudine" increases antiretroviral activity and prevents the formation of resistant strains. If there is a high risk of HIV infection, it is necessary to contact an AIDS center for chemoprevention. Such patients are under the supervision of a doctor throughout the year, regularly examined for the presence of HIV infection.

According to statistics, the number of Russian citizens infected with the human immunodeficiency virus has exceeded one million people. Today every schoolchild knows what HIV and AIDS are. And yet, the layman remains a lot of misconceptions regarding this deadly infection, the ways of its transmission and prevention of infection.

Health authorities have adopted relevant regulations obliging many institutions to have special “HIV first aid kits”. The composition of such a first aid kit and its correct use can prevent or significantly reduce the possibility of infection. The article below will tell about prejudices and AIDS prevention measures.

A few facts to know

Around the world on December 1, people put on red ribbons and take to the streets to support the 37 million people with HIV/AIDS. Today, such a diagnosis is no longer a sentence. With a responsible attitude to the disease, the patient has a chance to live a normal and socially active life.

HIV is a human immunodeficiency virus that infects the T-lymphocytes responsible for the body's fight against infections. Infected people become more susceptible to pathogens, and the most innocent infections lead to severe consequences in them. The virus is not stable in the external environment, it is inactivated within a few minutes. Therefore, traces of biological fluids are not contagious and do not pose a danger.

In the second stage of the disease, called acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, there are no clinical symptoms. The attack of the virus continues even if the patient feels healthy. Taking antiretroviral therapy at this stage is most effective in minimizing damage and reducing the chance of transmission of the virus.

Routes of transmission and vaccines

The main routes of infection transmission are unprotected sex and unsterile syringes. Infection of infants by the mother during pregnancy or while breastfeeding is quite rare. Kissing, dirty dishes, tools and ink for tattoos and piercings are extremely rare sources of infection. Mosquitoes have nothing to do with it.

There are no vaccines or drugs in the world that completely destroy the virus in the body. But infection can be avoided with the correct use of prophylactic agents (condoms or the Anti-AIDS / HIV first aid kit). The composition of the first aid kit and its correct use is the key to minimizing risks in emergency situations. That's why it's so important to have it on hand.

Numerous public organizations and societies for the support of HIV-infected people carry out a lot of actions and explanatory propaganda, proving that life with the onset of this disease is possible. The media give many examples of people who, despite a terrible diagnosis, continued their professional and personal growth and reached certain heights in society. The stories of Charlie Sheen, Isaac Asimov, Nadia Benaissa and many others illustrate the resilience and perseverance in the fight against AIDS.

When a first aid kit is required

First aid kits "AntiAIDS" from HIV are means of individual prophylaxis that prevent infection with HIV and hepatitis. Such prevention primarily concerns persons whose professional activities are associated with an increased risk of infection (medical workers and laboratory assistants). But even for a simple layman, it can save health in an emergency. Such a first aid kit must be in:

  • School and preschool institutions.
  • All medical institutions.
  • In gyms, swimming pools, arenas.
  • In first-aid posts of enterprises and institutions of all forms of ownership.
  • Beauty salons and hairdressers, tattoo parlors and manicure and pedicure rooms, spas and solariums.

Also, the Anti-HIV emergency first aid kit will be useful to motorists in case of accidents and unforeseen situations. It is recommended to have these medicines in the first-aid kits of tourist groups and all those involved in extreme sports.

First aid kit

The anti-HIV emergency first aid kit cannot be called a miraculous panacea. But with proper styling and use, its help is invaluable. In this case, we are talking about cuts and bites, injections and the ingress of infected or suspicious blood on the mucous membranes of a healthy person.

In such emergencies, it is possible to prevent infection by treating the wound with the contents that are part of the emergency first aid kit (HIV). That's why the right equipment and styling is so important. The components of this set were developed by doctors and scientists whose specialization is related to the treatment and prevention of this serious disease.

First aid kit "AntiAIDS" from HIV: composition

The standard composition of the “Anti-HIV” first aid kit includes medicines, dressings and components that are designed to prevent infection with the human immunodeficiency virus and hepatitis (the figure shows a standard composition).

"HIV kits" are widely represented on the Russian market. They are sold in plastic containers, although the storage of medicines in metal boxes is also allowed. The main thing is not to disturb the styling and content. In the first aid kit, in addition, there must be 2 pairs of medical gloves, fingertips, soap and scissors.

The composition of the first-aid kit against HIV infection includes instructions for its use and a manufacturer's certificate. It is also obligatory to have a certificate of compliance of the content with established standards. By the way, there is no federal document establishing the composition of the “HIV first aid kit”. This gives each institution the right to establish its own list, taking into account possible risks.

A few words about the composition of the "Anti-HIV" first aid kit

Why do you need a first aid kit, as well as certain medicines and means? Briefly about their purpose:

Buy optional

"HIV-little" or "Anti-AIDS", the composition of which we have described, can be easily assembled at home. Knowing the list of medicines and the composition of related materials, everyone can choose it on their own. The main condition is that all medicines must comply with the expiration dates.

Having picked up the appropriate container, for example, a shoe box, having done the right packing, you can be sure that in an emergency you can help the victim and protect yourself from infection, if not AIDS, then at least hepatitis, herpes or papillomavirus.

Algorithm for using the contents of the first-aid kit

The correct use of the composition of the preventive "HIV kit" is the key to success. The instructions prescribe the following procedure in case of contact with the damaged skin of an infected material:

  • If the glove is damaged, it is removed and pressure is applied to the wound to bleed. Then the wound is treated with alcohol. After that, the hands are washed with soap and the wound is treated with iodine.
  • If the infected material has got on the mucous membranes of the eyes or nose, then the organ is washed with running water or a solution of potassium permanganate.
  • If the infiltrate has got on an intact area of the skin, it is enough to wipe the place with alcohol and rinse with soap and water.

But in any case, after a dubious injury, one should not neglect the preventive examination for the presence of antibodies to HIV. Today, such rapid analyzes can be done in almost every laboratory. Remember - human acquired immunodeficiency syndrome can be corrected in the early stages of the disease. And the sooner antiretroviral therapy is started, the more chances the patient has to live a long and high-quality life without significant restrictions. Or maybe wait for the invention of a life-saving vaccine.

Encouraging Research

Everyone knows that AIDS is an incurable disease that leads to the death of the patient. Scientists around the world are still only looking for a panacea that will save humanity from such a virus. Today, more than 10 dangerous viral diseases are already contained (for example, smallpox, some types of polio, plague, rabies) and the efforts of scientists regarding the immunodeficiency virus are likely to succeed in the near future.

So, in 2017, the results of the work of the US National Institutes of Health and the pharmaceutical corporation Sanofi on the development of a triple-acting drug became known. The drug, which includes three types of antibodies, can overcome up to 90% of strains of the immunodeficiency virus. Clinical trials in humans will take place this year.

Other research is being done at Temple and Pittsburgh Universities. Here, scientists managed to rid several animals of HIV with the help of gene editing. The gene alteration of the CRISPR/cas9 genome led to the removal of viral DNA from infected human cells, which were implanted in the tissues of experimental mice.

Redemption is not far off

But in the UK, 50 adult volunteers agreed to an experimental treatment using a new antiviral method developed by five leading scientific institutions. According to the declared results, the therapy was successful for a 44-year-old volunteer, whose tests showed complete elimination of the virus. And this is the first case of recovery of an adult patient.

Research and clinical trials are ongoing. There are reports of discoveries in this area from all parts of the world. While there are no patented anti-HIV vaccines, this does not mean that they will not appear in the very near future. After all, it is not for nothing that a medical proverb claims that a person is more ferocious in his reprisal against an infection than an infection in reprisal against a person.

Femininity and elegance are the main features of hairstyles of the 50s. In the 21st century, the weaker sex is increasingly applying the principles of retro style in styling elements.

In 1947, the styling was based on the “new bow” style of the famous fashion designer K. Dior. The collection made a world splash not only in women's wardrobes, but also in hairstyles.

A characteristic feature of the styling of the 50s: bouffant, wrapped bangs in the form of a roller, side parting, flowing large curls. Hair designs were necessarily decorated with one of the decorative elements: a net, a veil, a hat, a wide satin ribbon.

To add volume, women used false hair. In the modern world, the prototype is widely used for styling for special occasions.

50s hairstyles for long hair

On long hair, the girls used bouffant techniques, wore hairpieces, curled straight long curls into large waves.

1. Hair styling

To add volume, the technique of fleece was used. Volume can be created at the crown, occipital region, along the entire length of the curls. To make the fleece look natural and not spoil the basic shape of the styling, you need to follow some rules:

Hair is not recommended for wet curls.
The created volume will last longer if the curls are combed a day after shampooing.
It is not recommended to use a large amount of fixatives for styling.
The comb lasts longer on thin hair.
It is not recommended to use metal combs for combing.
Before washing the curls, it is not recommended to comb the combed strands.

Long ponytail

Installation process step by step:

Comb the curls carefully.
Make vertical partings in the temporal zones.
Separate the strands that are closer to the forehead, twist into bundles.
Comb loose curls with a plastic comb with frequent teeth. Comb start from the roots of the occipital region, moving towards the crown.
Collect combed strands in a bun.
Pass over the surface twice with a massage without using force: the teeth of the comb should not go deep into the combed volume of the tail.
Secure the tail at the back of the head with an elastic band.
Release the curls from the tourniquet, cover the upper part of the head with them so that the ends of the strands cross on an elastic band.
Disguise the ends of the hair under an elastic band, use invisibility.
Fix the design with varnish.

2. Style "Audrey Hepburn"

Hairstyle for long curls "Tiffany"

How to do?

Comb curls.
Make a ponytail out of loose hair. Attention: the strands on the front surface of the head should not have “cockerels”.
Secure the bun with a hair clip.
Raise the tail, press it to the surface of the head.
Departing from the clamp 5 - 7 cm, fix the beam with hairpins / invisible to the head.
Spray with a little varnish.
Tilt the tail back to its original position.
Twist the bun / roller from the tail to the clamp. For thin hair, use the bouffant technique on the tail.
Mask the ends of the curls with invisibility inside the roller.
Gently stretch the roller in both directions in the form of a peacock's tail.
Spray the design with reflective hairspray to give the hairstyle a natural shine.

Hairstyles for medium hair

Kare on the leg

Fashionable haircut for women in retro style - 50. Styling for short hair does not take much time. The haircut got its name "square on a leg" from the similarity of a hairstyle with a boletus hat. On the back of the head, the hair is cut short.

Due to the voluminous "hat" on the crown, open neck, the lady could boast of jewelry in her ears, jewelry, open neckline. Suitable for any head shape, face type, hair structure. In the fifties, women of age often cut their long curls, transforming their appearance precisely due to this haircut.

To give a retro look of the 50s in dark colors. The structure of the hairstyle clearly defines the shape of the head, facial features, focusing on the languid look of the lady, bright lips, expressive cheekbones.

Laying is suitable for beauties with thin strands.

To give visual volume to the styling, double coloring is suitable: dark crown, light bottom. Highlighted strands will look beautiful on the square.

In the "square on the leg" there may be bangs of any configuration: elongated, oblique, straight, asymmetrical. Pick up . Haircut is relevant for ladies with oval face shapes, with narrow shoulders.

Laying technology "square on the leg"

Laying does not take much time. Kare can be both with smooth strands and with curled curls.

Wash your hair with natural shampoo.
Apply fixing mousse/foam to wet hair.
Screw foam / thermal curlers onto elongated curls. You can curl curls with a curling iron.
After removing the curlers, it is not recommended to comb the strands with a comb: gently beat the curls with your fingertips.
Apply an aerosol fixative.
