Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Andrei Biletsky. White leader Andrey Biletsky. Reality show Star Factory

Andrei is a rather self-confident guy. He considers himself a "Legend", and therefore leads his life path, like a legendary person. Beletsky is simply sure that he is one in a million and it is for him that all the doors of modern show business are open.

As a child, he began his professional career as a singer with an old guitar. The guitar lacked two strings, but this did not prevent the future musical performer ... He easily learned to play it.

From early childhood, Beletsky began to compose his own poems on a lyrical theme. Further, he began to invent musical accompaniment for his works, which led him to a career as a singer.

Image

Beletsky has an unusual image. Clothes, the young man prefers in sportswear. As Andrei himself says: “In this form, I feel free and relaxed!”

Since the musician considers himself a unique person, he made himself a unique tattoo. The tattoo flaunts on the back of the owner's head and has an unusual symbolism. Aztec symbol, means "HUNAPCU", which means movement, its own life principles, maintains a balance between negative and positive emotions.

In his image, Andrei prefers to cut his hair "naked", which greatly distinguishes him from other musical performers.

Moscow

In 2009, Andrey moved to the capital of Russia. Further, his life throws in different directions, as the participant of the new reality show himself admits, he changed many different professions. He worked as a simple builder, tried himself in the design field, as a programmer and even as a guide-translator. But this situation was not due to the fact that the young man was looking for himself, it was due to the banal search for more profitable earnings.

Musical activity, Beletsky began in 2015 and was able to achieve tremendous success. The man himself made a home music studio. For a long time he began to work hard on his musical works. Beletsky managed to try himself as a performer, arranger, traveled to various rehearsal facilities, which led the young performer to create his own project called Anree Chess, which specializes in rock direction and has already achieved great popularity today.

Reality show Star Factory

After a successful project, Beletsky began to dream about his popularity, about what prospects await him in the future. The plans included a trip to London, the creation of a release and even began filming a video. However, all plans were destroyed due to the fact that the producers nevertheless chose him to participate in the new famous reality show. As the participant himself admits, when submitting an application to the Star Factory, he could not even think that he would be noticed, and after the invitation, having weighed all the pros and cons, Andrey Beletsky decided to take a chance in order to become a "star of the first magnitude"!

  1. Sati Casanova.
  2. Soso Paviashvili.
  3. Nargiz.
  4. Nike Borzov.

In conclusion, I would like to wish Beletsky tremendous success and victory in the project!!!

Compromising evidence

According to media reports, the goals and objectives of the organizations led by Beletsky are typical of neo-Nazis: protecting the white race by creating an anti-democratic and anti-capitalist "Naziocracy" system, eradicating "International Zionist speculative capital."
Social-nationalism - the ideology of the organization "Patriot of Ukraine" - is based on "raciality, sociality and great power." Sociality means the “third way” in the economy, the authoritarian power.

In September 2014, Beletsky was included in the military council of the Popular Front party Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Alexander Turchinov. An initiative group of human rights activists and researchers of right-wing radical movements addressed an open letter to Arseniy Yatsenyuk with a call not to nominate the commander of the Azov battalion, Andrey Beletsky, as a candidate from the Popular Front in the snap elections to the Verkhovna Rada, since he “did not publicly renounce the misanthropic, anti-liberal, anti-European and the overtly racist ideology of their movement."According to the group, Bielecki's participation in the party's activities would legitimize racism and neo-Nazism in Ukrainian society, as well as damage the party's reputation.

On September 23, 2014, Andriy Beletsky applied for registration as an independent candidate for people's deputies of Ukraine and was elected to parliament.

After graduating from the university, Andriy Biletsky worked as a teacher in Kharkov universities, while continuing to study the military history of Ukraine. His scientific activity was informally supervised by the famous Ukrainian historian Yaroslav Dashkevich.

Biletsky since his student days took an active part in nationalist movements. In 1999, together with a group of Kharkiv nationalist athletes, he made an attempt to go to war in the former Yugoslavia - on the side of the Serbs against the Kosovo Muslim Albanians.

In the mid-2000s, he was a member of the Ukrainian Conservative Party (UKP, the so-called “MAUP party”). The UKP, like the entire Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, was famous at that time because of the anti-Semitic views of some of its employees. At the same time, MAUP was closely connected with the Moscow Patriarchate. Andriy Biletsky at the time of the elections worked as “deputy director for national-patriotic education” of the Kharkov Institute of MAUP.

In 2001, he participated in the "Ukraine without Kuchma" campaign. During the March protests in Kyiv, he was detained by the police and received the first arrest in his life - at that time administrative.

Since 2002, he headed the Kharkiv detachment of the Organization “Trident them. S. Bandera”.

In 2003, he began to actively cooperate with the Kharkiv branch of the Social-National Party of Ukraine (SNPU, now VO “Svoboda”). Later he opposed the liberalization of the SNPU, the rejection of extreme radicalism and the transformation into the VO "Svoboda".

In 2005, he created and headed the organization "Patriot of Ukraine" (EDRPOU 34755804), the first members of which were young fighters from the Kharkov cells of the SNPU, UNA-UNSO and Trident. The ideology of this organization - social-nationalism, based on "raciality, sociality and great power." Sociality implies a “third way” in the economy, authoritarian power, “fair distribution among national producers”.

Comparing social-nationalism and national-socialism, Biletsky criticizes the latter for being "mass". In particular, the German Nazis, in his opinion, did not take into account the "biological quality of each individual family" in their social policy, which stimulated the birth of "the worst human material." He considers drug addicts, alcoholics, gypsies to be “degenerate sections of the population” of the population.

In 2006, he ran for election to the Verkhovna Rada of the 5th convocation from the Ukrainian Conservative Party. Didn't make it to the Rada.

Since 2008 - the head of the Social - National Assembly, the goals and objectives of which are typical neo-Nazi slogans.

He was deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense, a member of the groups for inter-parliamentary relations with Israel, Lithuania, the USA, Poland, Great Britain and Georgia.

In October 2016 Biletsky newly created political party "National Corps".

According to the data of the declarations, Andriy Biletsky's entire income in 2015 was exclusively a deputy's salary in the amount of UAH 59,000.

In addition to cash savings in the amount of 5 thousand US dollars, Biletsky had nothing: no apartment, no car, no bank account. The people's deputy lived in a metropolitan apartment with an area of 79.5 square meters. m, owned by his wife, Julia. By the way, this is the only thing that was listed as her property.

That the purchase of the above apartment in January 2015 raised a number of questions from the public, since the cost of the apartment clearly exceeded the income of the Biletskys, indicated in the declaration for 2014. In addition, the ethical moment was perhaps more embarrassing - the deal was concluded at the wrong time - the separatist troops tried to surround the grouping of Ukrainian troops in the Debaltseve region, and the Ukrainian military were forced to leave the Donetsk airport.

Andrey Evgenyevich Biletsky (Ukrainian Andriy Evgeniyovich Biletsky; born August 5, 1979, Kharkiv) is a Ukrainian politician, head of the racist and neo-Nazi organizations "Patriot of Ukraine" and the Social-National Assembly, which were part of the Right Sector, the ideologist of "social nationalism (Ukrainian .)Russian”, former head of the power bloc Right Sector-East. The regiment is known for the fact that many of its members adhere to neo-Nazi and right-wing radical views, including, among others, people from organizations headed by Biletsky. Lieutenant colonel. Nickname - "White Leader". Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VIII convocation, non-factional.

Biography

Born on August 5, 1979 in Kharkov in a Ukrainian family. Father - Evgeny Mikhailovich Biletsky, originally from the village of Krasnopavlovka, Lozovsky district, Kharkov region. Mother - Elena Anatolyevna Biletskaya (Lukashevich), originally from the Zhytomyr region.

In 2001 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of History of Kharkiv National University. V. N. Karazin. The thesis was devoted to the activities of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. After graduating from the university, he worked as a teacher at Kharkov universities, continued to study the military history of Ukraine. The well-known Ukrainian historian Yaroslav Dashkevich was informally supervising his scientific activities.

Since his youth he has been actively involved in sports, he has the 1st youth category in boxing. Subsequently, he was engaged in knife fighting, fencing, shooting and other sports.

Speech by A. Biletsky at the II All-Ukrainian Congress of the "Patriot of Ukraine" (Kharkov, 12.04.2008)

He took an active part in the nationalist movement from his student days. In 1999, together with a group of Kharkiv nationalist athletes, he made an attempt to go to war in Kosovo to fight Islamic expansion in the Balkans.

In 2001, he took part in the March protests in Kyiv as part of the "Ukraine without Kuchma" campaign, during which he was detained by the police and placed under administrative arrest.

Since 2002, he headed the Kharkiv detachment of the “Trident” Organization named after. S. Bandera. Subsequently, he collaborated with the Ukrainian Conservative Party. In 2003, he began to actively cooperate with the Kharkov branch of the Social-National Party of Ukraine (SNPU, now the All-Ukrainian Association "Svoboda"), opposed its liberalization and transformation into the VO "Svoboda".

After the dissolution of the Society for Assistance to the Armed Forces and the Navy, "Patriot of Ukraine" under the SNPU created a new organization "Patriot of Ukraine", independent of any party structures, from the beginning of which it has been its permanent leader. The first members of the organization were young fighters from the Kharkov cells of the SNPU, UNA-UNSO and Trident.

From the beginning of the organization's activities, it plans, coordinates and takes a direct part in all its activities, including direct actions. He personally led almost all groups of fighters who carried out operations to identify and defeat drug trafficking points, detain illegal migrants, etc. He led the organization's mass actions (marches, rallies, sporting events, civil disobedience actions and mass power actions). During clashes with the police on the march in honor of the UPA on October 18, 2008, he led the attacking column and was arrested along with all the fighters of the organization.

Biletsky also leads the organizations Social-National Assembly and Patriot of Ukraine. Political scientists Andreas Umland and Anton Shekhovtsov noted that even at the beginning of 2014, these neo-Nazi groups, which were part of the Right Sector and took part in the Euromaidan, were almost unknown in Ukraine and beyond. However, in the spring of 2014, SNA activists formed the backbone of the Azov volunteer battalion, which took part in the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine. Journalists and political scientists noted the use of neo-Nazi symbols by the battalion and expressed concerns about their participation in hostilities.

The goals and objectives of the organizations led by Biletsky are typical of neo-Nazis: the protection of the white race by creating an anti-democratic and anti-capitalist "Naziocracy" system, the eradication of "International Zionist speculative capital."

Biletsky believes that the idea of Ukrainian statehood (the idea of the Golden Age) has its roots "in the imperial past of the Ukrainian states - the State of the Scythians, the Kievan-Russian Empire, the Cossack state", as well as "in the colossal increase in ethnic territory in the 19th century." At the same time, the new understanding of the national idea is free from universal values and "proudly calls itself chauvinist."

Social-nationalism - the ideology of the organization "Patriot of Ukraine" - is based on "raciality, sociality and great power." Sociality implies "a "third way" in the economy, authoritarian power, fair distribution among national producers." Comparing social-nationalism and national socialism, Biletsky criticizes the latter for being "mass". In particular, the German Nazis, in his opinion, did not take into account the "biological quality of each individual family" in their social policy, which stimulated the birth of "the worst human material." "Degenerate segments of the population" considers drug addicts, alcoholics.

Criticizes Biletsky and the "national liberals", who give priority to issues of cultural nationalism (in particular, linguistic), rather than the racial aspect. Since the national culture, according to Biletsky, comes from the racial nature of the people, and not from language, religion, economics, etc.

In the context of the crisis in Ukraine in 2014, he expressed it as follows: “The historical mission of our nation at this critical moment is to lead the world White Race in the last crusade for its survival. In a crusade against subhuman beings led by Semites.

At the same time, Biletsky himself does not consider himself a neo-Nazi, arguing that he and his associates are “Ukrainian nationalists who believe in a bright and great future for their country.”

The language issue for Andriy Biletsky is not a key issue (he himself is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, the latter considers his mother tongue), in his opinion, language is not the main brand of patriotism.

He noted that he is not a supporter of NATO "as a military-political union."

Criminal prosecution

At the end of August 2011, in Kiev and Vasylkov, foremen of local cells of the Patriot of Ukraine organization (Sergei Bevz, Volodymyr Shpara, Oleksiy Chernega) and SNA activists (Igor Mosiychuk, Vitaliy Zatelepa) were arrested. They were charged with preparing a terrorist attack.

On August 23, 2011, in the office of the Kharkiv branch of the organization "Patriot of Ukraine" (Kharkiv, Rymarskaya St., 18) there was a conflict with shooting. The organization stated that the office was attacked by Sergei Kolesnik, during which he wounded two foremen of the PU (Igor Mikhailenko and Vitaly Knyazhesky). According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, two members of the organization received minor injuries from rubber bullets, and Sergei Kolesnik was hospitalized in an unconscious state, he was diagnosed with two open craniocerebral injuries, stab wounds in the chest, bruising of the parietal region and torso. The website of the regional police department, as part of the investigation of the criminal case on the fact of the fight, qualified the incident as an attack on Sergei Kolesnik with the use of violence, dangerous to the life and health of the victim. On September 11, 2011, I. Mikhailenko and V. Knyazhesky were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder of Kolesnik. According to Kolesnyk, the reason for the conflict was a dispute on the Internet, during which one of the participants stated that “the inhabitants of Kharkiv would have a better fate if the Nazis dominated Ukraine” and, in response to indignation, offered to come to the office on Rymarskaya, 18. He arrived at the office of the organization and asked the guard to call the interlocutor. Immediately after that, about eight people dressed in camouflage and black uniforms came out of the office into the courtyard, who began to beat him and threatened his relatives with reprisals during the beating.

On November 19, 2011, an assassination attempt was made on Andrei Biletsky. On Victory Avenue, he was shot several times with a revolver. One bullet hit him in the jaw, the other went through his arm. In the evening of the same day, the wounded man himself went to the 4th emergency surgery hospital in Kharkov, where he underwent two operations, taking out two lead bullets. The police classified the incident as hooliganism.

On December 27, 2011, Andrei Biletsky was arrested on charges of assaulting Sergei Kolesnik under Art. 187 of the Criminal Code (robbery carried out by prior agreement by a group of persons). On December 29, 2011, a measure of restraint in the form of 2 months of detention was chosen against him. On February 16, 2012, the period of detention was extended until April 27, 2012. He was held in the Kharkov pre-trial detention center, known as the Kholodnogorsk prison.

The organized social-nationalist movement regarded these actions of the SBU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs as political repressions. In connection with this, protests were held in different cities of Ukraine against political repressions against Ukrainian nationalists (in particular, in Kiev, Kharkov, Lvov, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk). According to political scientist Vyacheslav Likhachev, radical nationalists from these organizations were accused of criminal offenses - beatings, robberies, attempted murder.

On February 24, 2014, the Verkhovna Rada adopted Resolution No. 4202 "On the Release of Political Prisoners." Fulfilling this decision, on February 25, “Andriy Biletsky, Igor Mikhailenko, Vitaly Knyazhesky, Oleg Odnorozhenko and Sergey Pavlichenko, who were held in the Kharkiv pre-trial detention center and Dikanevskaya VK No. 12 of the UDPtSU in the Kharkiv region, were issued certificates of release from these institutions.”

On March 12, 2014, Andriy Biletsky was appointed head of the power block of the Right Sector (East) in four regions: Kharkiv, Donetsk, Poltava and Lugansk.

On January 21, 2015, People's Deputy of Ukraine Andriy Biletsky purchased an apartment (area 79.5 sq. m, estimated cost from 2.2 to 4.1 million hryvnias) in the Novo-Demeevsky residential complex and became a resident of Kiev - at the time of the encirclement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of Debaltseve and fighting for the international airport "Donetsk" named after Sergei Prokofiev.

Armed conflict in eastern Ukraine

During the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, Andriy Biletsky was the commander of the Azov regiment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to him, he personally commanded the operation to regain control over Mariupol, while according to his own statements, he had to change the plan of action at the last moment due to false data provided by the intelligence of the Armed Forces of Ukraine [source not specified 1130 days].

Elections to the Verkhovna Rada. People's Deputy of Ukraine

In September 2014, he was included in the military council of the Popular Front party of Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Alexander Turchinov.

An initiative group of human rights activists and researchers of right-wing radical movements addressed an open letter to Arseniy Yatsenyuk with a call not to nominate the commander of the Azov battalion, Andriy Biletsky, as a candidate from the Popular Front in the snap elections to the Verkhovna Rada, since he “did not publicly renounce the misanthropic, anti-liberal, anti-European and openly racist ideology of his movement. According to the group, Biletsky's participation in the party's activities would legitimize racism and neo-Nazism in Ukrainian society, and would also damage the party's reputation.

Biletsky refused to participate in the elections on her party list in the early parliamentary elections, but on September 23, 2014 he applied for registration as a candidate for people's deputies of Ukraine, as an independent candidate in the 217th single-mandate district in Kiev (Obolon).

On October 2, Zoryan Shkiryak, adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Arsen Avakov, withdrew his candidacy in favor of Andriy Biletsky, who also decided to become a confidant of his former political opponent.

On October 26, Andriy Biletsky won the elections in his constituency, gaining 33.75% (31,445 votes). In the Verkhovna Rada, he is the Deputy Head of the Committee on National Security and Defense, and is also a member of the groups for inter-parliamentary relations with Georgia, the UK, Israel, the USA, Poland and Lithuania.

At the same time, A. Biletsky publicly stated that neither he nor his party shared neo-Nazi and xenophobic beliefs. Even the symbolism of the Azov battalion (regiment), which depicts symbols typical of far-right movements, has served as an object of criticism. The resonance in society caused a pogrom of a Lebanese restaurant in the center of Kyiv, participation in which is attributed to members of his movement. The creation by his party of "National squads" turned out to be scandalous, which, as stated, were supposed to help law enforcement officers in maintaining order.
