Diet based on seeds

A type of diet based on the internal intake of coarse flax seeds, designed for 3 months with a week break after every 14 days of the recommended diet. To follow such a diet, you need to eat 50 grams of flaxseeds daily (2 tablespoons for breakfast and dinner) and wash them down with a large volume of water (since the seeds swell in the stomach). In case of rejection of the taste of the seeds, they can be taken together with honey or jam in a one-to-one ratio.

  • water – 400 ml;
  • rice or almond milk - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • powdered vanillin and stevia - to taste.

Soak flaxseeds in water and place in a warm place overnight. In the morning, add rice or almond milk to the resulting mixture and beat it with a high-speed blender. Add vanillin and stevia powder for sweetening at the very end of the whipping process.

Required ingredients for the dish:

  • flaxseed flour – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • water – 1000 ml;
  • any jam – 5-6 tbsp. l.;
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • cinnamon, cloves, anise - to taste.

Dissolve flaxseed meal in a saucepan with cold water and place it on the fire. Stirring the resulting mixture constantly, bring it to a boil and add your chosen jam, cinnamon, cloves and anise. After the dish has cooled, add a spoonful of honey.

Vegetable salad

Required ingredients for the dish:

  • flax seeds – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • medium carrots – 2 pcs.;
  • cabbage – 500 g;
  • Yalta onion – 1 pc.;
  • daikon – 1 pc.;
  • small beets - 1 pc.;
  • medium apple – 1 pc.;
  • – 2-3 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - to taste.

Rinse all vegetables and apples under running water. Grate the daikon, beets, carrots and apple on a large mesh grater. Cut the Yalta onion into thin half rings. Finely chop the cabbage.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, add salt and add flax seeds. Mix the salad again and season it with olive oil.

Fruit salad

Required ingredients for the dish:

  • flax seeds – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • apple – 1 pc.;
  • fermented baked milk or drinking yoghurt – 200 g;
  • orange – 1 pc.;
  • honey - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • kiwi – 1 pc.;
  • tangerine – 2 pcs.

Grind flaxseeds using a blender. Cut all fruits into approximately equal-sized pieces.

Place the chopped fruits in a salad bowl and add previously crushed flax seeds and honey to them. Season the salad with fermented baked milk or drinking yogurt and stir thoroughly.

Required ingredients for the dish:

  • flaxseed flour – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • kefir – 300 ml;
  • wheat flour – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • water – 100 ml;
  • chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • soda/salt – 0.5 tsp each.

Using a whisk, beat the eggs with sugar and add other products one by one, starting with flour. Mix the dough thoroughly with the same whisk.

To give the pancakes some delicacy, bring 100 ml of water to a boil, pour it into the finished dough and stir immediately. At the end of kneading the dough, add vegetable oil to it.

Fry the pancakes in a previously hot frying pan with preheated vegetable oil.

Required ingredients for the dish:

  • flaxseed flour – 200 g;
  • whey or water – 0.5 l;
  • wheat flour – 200 g;
  • flax seeds - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • rye flour – 200 g;
  • honey – 1 tsp;
  • butter – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • dry yeast – 1 tsp;
  • salt – 1 tsp.

Pour the whey (you can use plain water) into a saucepan, heat it up a little, add yeast and honey and let it brew for 5 minutes.

At this time, mix all three types of flour and add a little salt. Gradually pour the dough into the dry prepared flour mixture and knead it so that the resulting dough slightly sticks to your hands.

Place the pan in a plastic bag and let the dough rise in a warm place. When the dough exceeds twice its volume, remove it from the pan and knead it with your hands.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the bread in it for 50 minutes. Turn off the oven and after 10 minutes remove the finished bread from it. It is best to cut the bread into pieces over time, after the loaf has cooled.

Flaxmeatballs with mushrooms

Required ingredients for the dish:

  • flaxseed flour – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • chickpeas (chickpeas/lamb peas) – 50 g;
  • vegetable oil – 100 ml;
  • buckwheat – 200 g;
  • tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • fresh champignons – 800 g;
  • garlic – 2 teeth;
  • pepper/salt - to taste.

First soak the chickpeas in water for 2 hours, then cook them in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Rinse the buckwheat and cook a completely finished porridge from it.

Cut the mushrooms and onions into thin slices. Fry the onion in a frying pan for 5 minutes, then add mushrooms, a little pepper, salt and sauté them together for another 10 minutes.

Pour boiling water over flaxseed flour (2 tbsp) and bring it to a jelly state. Mix the resulting flax dough with the prepared buckwheat porridge, fried mushrooms and onions and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous minced meat is formed.

Form the minced meat into round thick cakes, place 3 cooked chickpeas in the center of each of them, fold the edges of the minced meat up, give them a round shape and fry in a frying pan with oil on both sides.

Prepare a light gravy by mixing tomato paste with 2 tbsp. l. flaxseed flour, fry the resulting mixture in vegetable oil, add 200 ml of water and boil for 5 minutes. At the very end, squeeze the garlic into the sauce.

Place the finished meatballs in a large saucepan, pour them thoroughly with the prepared sauce, close the lid and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Use the remaining buckwheat porridge as a side dish.

If you don’t have chickpeas in the store, you can exclude them from the recipe without any significant loss in the taste of the meatballs.

Flax dessert

Required ingredients for the dish:

  • flax seeds – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • dried apricots – 4 pcs.;
  • rice flour – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • dates – 4 pcs.;
  • coconut flakes - 3-4 tbsp. l.;
  • prunes – 4 pcs.;
  • cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. l.

Fill the flax seeds with water (preferably warm) and leave until they are completely swollen. Scald all dried fruits with boiling water and grind them using a meat grinder. After this, carefully mix all the above products with rice flour and cocoa powder. Form the resulting mixture into balls, sprinkle them with coconut flakes and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
