On January 14, 2020, when I had already spent about 5 hours in the clinic, I was told that I would not be able to see Klepinina in principle (without explaining why) and was sent to another surgeon. He signed me up for laser retinal photocoagulation in two weeks. After leaving his office, I managed to negotiate with the third doctor, she called Klepinina in front of me and asked if she would take me for the operation. Klepinina also clarified whether it was an examination or an operation, that is, from the conversation it was 100% clear that we were talking about an operation. Klepinina made an appointment for me on 01/30/20. On January 30, I arrived half an hour before the appointed time. And guess what? Nothing! I sat in line from 13:40 to 16:30 (I was told to arrive at the o-p-e-r-a-ts-i-yu by 14:00), after which Klepinina told me that she had nothing to do with me will be, since it is unethical to poach patients.
