The clinic has: 9 surgical departments with 15 operating rooms, departments of anesthesiology and intensive care, computed tomography and magnetic nuclear tomography; emergency cytological and morphological diagnostics; angiographic complex for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes; department of histochemistry and molecular diagnostics tumors.
The bed capacity of the institution is 813 beds, which are deployed in 12 departments, including 186 beds in day hospital. There is an outpatient consultation department for 146,000 visits per year, where specialized appointments are carried out in 15 profiles: general oncology, mammology, oncodermatology, coloproctology, tumors of the esophagus, mediastinum and lungs, oncogynecology, tumors of the head and neck, ENT organs, oncourology, chemotherapy, radiology, prevention and early diagnosis cervical and breast cancer, endocrinology, rehabilitation and palliative care for cancer patients. Every year, more than 14 thousand surgical interventions are performed at the dispensary.
On the basis of the dispensary, departments of the St. Petersburg State University have been deployed and are successfully operating medical university named after academician I. P.
