Ingredients:

  • pork 0.5 kg.
  • mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
  • onion 3 pcs.
  • a couple of cloves of garlic.
  • egg 2 pcs.
  • pepper and other seasonings to your taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Wash the pork, remove the film and cut into medium cubes.
  2. Now you need to twist the meat, it is advisable to use a large mesh, otherwise the minced meat will turn out too small.
  3. Peel the onion, cut it, then also grind it through a meat grinder.
  4. Place the minced meat and onions in a separate plate.
  5. Pour in the eggs, add mayonnaise and pepper the minced meat, and don’t forget about the crushed garlic.
  6. Mix the ingredients together until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then leave the minced meat in the freezer for several hours so that it absorbs all the seasonings.
  7. We make small sausages, as in the photo, and lay them out for frying. The cuts will decorate the dish.
  8. Lula kebab will cook for about half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

  • several cloves of garlic;
  • 1 egg;
  • herbs and spices to taste;
  • 1 tablespoon each of dried oregano, wine vinegar and olive oil.

To prepare the mixture from which the meat balls will be molded, soak the bread in milk. Then mix bread, minced meat, egg, chopped onion, garlic and herbs. Stir, salt, pepper and add olive oil and wine vinegar. Cover the container with the minced meat with a towel or cling film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. This is necessary so that the meat gives juice (it then needs to be drained), and the spices open up and release their aroma. Then we form small balls from the minced meat and fry them in oil.

The minced meat should be mixed with chopped garlic and onion (you can grind the ingredients through a meat grinder). Remove the cores from the tomatoes and fill the centers with prepared minced meat. Sprinkle the tomatoes with grated cheese and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
