Master class: making a bunny from polymer clay. Hare made of clay or dough (detailed master class)

I have already seen this cute bunny somewhere, he is very similar to the character from the cartoon "Bambi". Children really like fairy-tale characters; they probably attract their attention more than ordinary and realistic figures of animals. This is due to the colors and very emotional face.

In order to make a hare, you need to take:

Polymer clay pink, light pink or white, yellow, red
- Eyes printed on paper
- Metal stacks for shaping clay
- Knife
- Modeling board

Step-by-step modeling master class:

1. Knead a piece of pink clay, roll it into a ball and shape it into a muzzle.
2. Now mold the nose, tongue and two balls of the bunny’s face.
3. Glue all this to the head of the future hare.
4. Now make two ears from pink and red clay.
5. Make a body from pink clay.
6. You need to stick a white tummy on the body.
7. Next, form the two upper legs and tail of the bunny from pink clay.
8. You need to make a fluffy collar from white clay, and part of the lower paws from pink clay.
8. Now sculpt the feet using yellow, pink and red clay.
9. We begin assembling the hare. glue parts of the lower legs to the body.

10-13. Then attach the upper legs, after them the white collar, give it a shape.
14-15. Now we attach the lower limbs, after them we glue the head.
16. Attach ears to the head and decorate the bunny with dark pink clay circles. Also don't forget to glue the eyes.

If necessary, bake the figurine, and at the end glue the eyes with glue.

Increasingly, modern girls, instead of expensive and elaborate jewelry made of precious metals, prefer to wear jewelry made from such a seemingly unattractive material as polymer clay. What is the secret of plastic surgery? In fact, everything is very simple, this material is easy to handle, there are a huge number of shades of this material, and the main thing is that, wearing such jewelry, a girl will always look original and unique.

Today we will try to make bunny earrings. For this we need:
1. Blue Sonnet polymer clay (you can use any plastic you have, but I personally like this company);
1. Sonnet polymer clay, white;
2. Sonnet purple polymer clay;
3. Stationery knife;
4. Acrylic paints in white, black and yellow;
5. Sketch of future earrings;
6. Accessories for earrings.

Now you can start creating. To begin, we cut off a piece of blue plastic (this will be our base for the earrings) and knead it in our hands for a long time until it becomes soft and pliable.

Then the plastic needs to be rolled out into a not very thick layer. To roll out polymer clay, you can use a special silicone roller, or you can use improvised means (personally, I use a bottle of hairspray). This does not affect the quality of the product, and helps beginner craftswomen save a penny.

Now we attach the hare blank we have to the resulting pancake (you can make it yourself or use the blank presented below) and carefully cut it out with a stationery knife.

Then we remove the blank and see that no matter how hard we try, our hare still looks more like an incomprehensible blot with uneven edges.

Therefore, we carefully smooth the edges of the base and give it its final shape.

After this, take white clay, knead it in your hands and roll two small identical balls - these are the eyes of our hare.

Take some black clay, roll out very small balls and make the pupils of the hare.

And finally, don’t forget to attach the hare’s nose. The same actions must be carried out with the second earring.
The product is almost ready. All that remains is to bake it and paint it with paints. Place the earrings in the oven for 30 minutes at 130 degrees (the temperature and firing time can be adjusted depending on the type of plastic, but usually the baking rules are indicated on the polymer clay packaging). If you want everything to work out, do not under any circumstances try to bake clay in a microwave oven. After half an hour, take out the earrings and wait until they cool down. Be careful while the clay is still warm, as it can easily become deformed.
Cooled earrings need to be painted. To do this, take a thin brush and draw flowers. First we draw the flowers with white paint. Then we make a yellow center, and at the end we outline the flower with a black outline. Let the paints dry.

A visual and step-by-step lesson in making souvenirs and toys from polymer clay or any other plastic materials.

Required materials for modeling:

Polymer clay blue, yellow, white, pink, purple and other colors
- stacks and tools necessary for sculpting

Photo master class

1. Modeling from polymer clay always begins with kneading a piece of hard clay. When it becomes soft and pliable, you can start rolling the ball. Give it an hourglass shape, then bend it and this will be the torso (Fig. 1-3). Next, make 2 ears from blue and yellow clay, make holes in the head and insert the ears there (Fig. 4-9).

2. Give your ears a natural look. Now you need to design the hare's face. Do this based on the visual photo above. The eyes and pink nose are glued separately, the voluminous muzzle is formed from an additional ball of blue clay (Fig. 10-20).

3. Now it's time for fluffy cheeks. Glue them as shown in the images above (Fig. 21-23). Now give them the desired shape (Fig. 24-26). Draw eyebrows, fur and insert white teeth into the mouth (Fig. 27-29).

4. Divide the teeth into 2. Roll out a flat circle from yellow polymer clay and glue it to the stomach. Afterwards you can sculpt the bunny’s paws and draw all the necessary details (Fig. 30-42). At the end, you can decorate the bunny with an egg or a frying pan, all at your discretion.

So we ended up with this unusual Easter bunny with bulging eyes. I hope you can cope with this task and, with the help of this simple and visual master class, create such a fun souvenir for yourself and as a gift.

Modeling

Hare made of clay or dough (detailed master class)

0:112 0:122

To create a hare we need:

clay, gauze, rolling pin, slip (soaked clay), brush, hand rag, needle, blade, knife, and stacks (you can make them yourself or buy them in specialized stores)

First, take a small piece of clay and place it on any thick fabric

2:1681

Using a rolling pin, roll out the clay into a thin, uniform layer 5 mm thick.

2:149 2:159

3:664 3:674

3. Now we give the layer a texture; to do this, we roll our layer through gauze again

3:834 3:844

4:1349 4:1359

4. Using a saucer and knife, cut out a circle from the layer

4:1454 4:1464

5:1969

5:9

5. Remove unnecessary things

5:43 5:53

6:558 6:568

6. Now, using a knife, we divide our layer into three equal parts, these are blanks for hares. We got three triangles, so there will be three birds with one stone.

6:858 6:868

7:1373 7:1383 7:1548

7:9

8:514 8:524

8. Lubricate the edges of the triangle with slip and connect them together.

8:651 8:661

9:1166 9:1176

10:1681 10:9

11:514 11:524

9. Now we rub the seam, to do this we put gauze on top and run it with our finger several times

11:700 11:710

12:1215 12:1225

10. As a result, we should get blanks like this

12:1334 12:1344

13:1849

13:9

11. Making a smile using a blade

13:75 13:85

14:590 14:600

15:1105 15:1115

12. Insert teeth in the center of the smile (I’ll explain how they are made below)

15:1242 15:1252

16:1757

16:9

17:514 17:524

13. Now draw a line up from the center of the smile

17:620 17:630

18:1135 18:1145 18:1350 18:1360

19:1865

19:9

15. We fasten our paws with slip on the sides of the hare

19:114 19:124

20:629 20:639

16 . We make the upper legs, for this we roll two smaller balls and give them the shape of a carrot, and also fasten them with slip.

20:868 20:878

21:1383 21:1393

22:1898 22:9

17. We make the nose of a hare, for this we roll a ball and attach it to the upper part of the body. Don't forget about the slip, it serves as cement for us.

22:253 22:263

23:768 23:778

18. We make the tail in the same way: we roll the ball, attach it to the back of the body using slip.

23:959 23:969

24:1474 24:1484

19. Now we make our tail fluffy, for this we make notches with a blade

24:1618

24:9

25:514 25:524

20. Let's start with the ears. To do this, take two identical pieces of clay and use your palms to shape them, as in the photo

25:717 25:727

26:1232 26:1242

27:1747

27:9

28:514 28:524

21. We give the ears relief and volume by crushing them with a stack in the center of each ear.

28:674 28:684

29:1189 29:1199

30:1704

30:9

22. Using a slip, attach the ears to the hare’s head

30:108 30:118

31:623 31:633

23. For the eyes, roll two small balls and attach them to the slip, while pressing a little with your fingers to hold them tighter

31:855 31:865

32:1370 32:1380

24. Using a special tool (you can take a gel pen refill or a cola straw instead) draw the eyes

32:1626 32:9

33:514 33:524

34:1029 34:1039

25. Using a sharp stick we make eyes, antennae and a navel

34:1148 34:1158

35:1663

35:9

36:514 36:524

26. We select our paws, for this we make notches with a stack

36:628 36:638

37:1143 37:1153

27. And to complete the image, we just have to make a hole at the top (the string for the bell will go there). As a result, we get such a cheerful, funny and happy hare!

37:1488 37:1498

38:505 38:515

Now our hare must dry completely, this takes about one to two days, after which it is fired in a muffle furnace at a temperature of 1000 degrees. Only after firing we can begin painting the souvenir. Here you can fantasize in different ways. For example, we like to use glaze and acrylic paints.

38:1088

Note: in order to make teeth, you need to roll out the clay into long flagella, flatten them and draw straight lines with a needle right in the center of the flagella.

38:1372 38:1382

39:1887 39:123 39:133

40:638 40:648

The teeth can only be used a day later, after they are completely dry!
