The dentist has the right:

3.1. Receive the information necessary to perform job duties efficiently. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the enterprise management concerning its activities.

3.2. Within your competence, inform your immediate superiors about all shortcomings identified in the process of activity and make proposals for their elimination, as well as improving the quality of dental care for the population, and improving the organization of work.

3.3. Give orders to juniors medical personnel dental department, control the volume and quality of work performed by them, exercise control over the work of the equipment repair technician when he installs dental equipment.

3.4. Make proposals to the management of the enterprise (institution, organization) to improve the work related to his job responsibilities and provided for by this job description.

3.5. Receive from structural units and specialists information and documents necessary to perform his job duties.

3.6. Take part in meetings, conferences, sections, medical associations where issues related to professional competence are discussed.

3.7. Require the management of the enterprise to provide assistance in the performance of their official duties and rights.

4. RESPONSIBILITY.

The dentist is responsible for:

4.1. For improper performance or failure to fulfill one’s official duties as provided for in this job description.

4.2. For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.3. For errors in carrying out treatment measures that entailed grave consequences for the patient - within the limits of the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Russian Federation.
