We looked at their website, it turned out that there was a CMD branch in our city, we were delighted and headed straight to them. The impression was good, clean room, modern decoration, cleanliness and friendly staff. Assuming that we are in in good hands donated blood from a vein. After some time, we learned that the test failed for some reason - “Hemolysis.” and we need to repeat the blood donation, we were assigned a “re-draw”.
From the meager words of the staff, it became clear to us that the test was failed and this happens often, the fact is that they do not do the analysis themselves, but send it to the central CMD laboratory as stated, and that you do not need to pay for the analysis again, but you will have to pay 140 rubles pay for repeated blood donation. We returned home with doubts, a feeling of annoyance, and already with slight distrust.
After reading on the Internet about C3, C4, it became clear to us that the situation with the so-called term “Hemolysis.” can happen more than once, there are many reasons for this, improper storage, poor transportation, not a thin needle, quick extraction, poor storage, even a rapid infusion of blood into the capsule, and so on and so forth. We decided to get to the central laboratory of the CMD and probably get tested there in the hope of getting the result of what we had to inject ourselves twice and donate blood. We presented the contract and a paid check in the hope of quickly completing the entire procedure, to which we were informed that we would again have to pay the entire amount of 940 rubles, since they were different legal entities. persons with the CMD department of our city and holders of various licenses, the word franchise was also used, which means the object of a franchising agreement, a complex of benefits consisting of the rights to use the brand and business model of the franchisor, as well as other benefits necessary for creating and running a business.

At the same time, we were convinced that the money would be returned to us at the CMD branch of our city and they quickly handed us a new contract, which visually, well, was no different at all from the previous one. We paid again and then, looking at the new contract, we realized that we were dealing with truly different organizations and licenses. Neither the old nor the new contract contained anything similar to CMD as the organization concluding the contract, and therefore bearing responsibility.

Is this possible in medicine and medical services? Does our state give us the right to do this? Although it is clear that when breaking the law, or causing harm to health, different legal entities. Persons, especially those with different licenses, are not responsible for each other, even if they have perfectly similar offices and treasured CMDs in their foreheads. I consider this scheme to be a deception, the goal is to avoid responsibility to people, possibly taxes, and if something happens, to protect themselves from the state, because by suspending the license of one point, the remaining 30-40 do not risk anything, and continue to work calmly, even breathing. Does CMD even exist, and in what form and who does it belong to?
My wife and I are supporters of trusting ourselves to those who value their reputation, those who are ready to be responsible for every business they do, who build up their image bit by bit, who are ready to defend and prove that they are right and admit mistakes.

Government laboratories do not inspire confidence in most patients. The analyzes taken in them often show unreliable results. In addition, the environment in such laboratories is uncomfortable, consumables are often in short supply and patients are asked to purchase them at their own expense, and the queues outside the office are usually quite long. There is one simple solution - install a small table on which to place necessary tools(needles, cotton wool, alcohol, test tubes) and on which the patient will place his hand when donating blood; two chairs and a table lamp, which will help the nurse find a vein. 4. there is no specific time for transfer of tests to the laboratory. According to the rules announced to me on February 20, 2019, the courier visits the office 2 times. The first is at 9:30, the second at 16:00. According to my observations (for 2 years), the courier comes and picks up at 10.30-11.30 (i.e., deviating from the rules and regulations) and later during the day. However, on February 20, 2018, an unexpected situation occurred. I went into the office when the morning courier, Lyudmila Kushnarenko, was still there - at 10.15-10.25. I tried to ask to pick up my tests, to which the office staff and the courier herself assured me that the next courier would be at 14.00 and my tests would be immediately delivered to the laboratory. I naively believed it, which is why I suffered a lot. Please don’t repeat my mistakes - go straight to INVITRO, which is nearby. At 16.30 I suddenly decided to check if my tests had reached the laboratory - and of course it turned out that on that day the courier was not working according to regulations, the tests could not be found, as well as the courier, i.e. having donated blood at 10.30, it was still not there at 18.00 delivered to the laboratory! Further, when asked, the office employees began to give false information: one said that the courier was at 14.30 and picked it up, the second said that she was there at 16.00, the third began to assure that the courier did not work according to regulations on that very day and was still due after their office. go to other offices before taking the test to the laboratory. And that in general the courier takes tests until 20.00. Thus, I realized that either the tests were lost or the courier was lost along with the tests. It was with great difficulty that my analyzes were found; of course, it is already difficult to believe in the reliability of the results obtained. We understand that couriers are grandmothers who barely have time to walk, and what’s more, the material is transported under such conditions—it’s also not clear. I was greatly let down, because I took tests that day for more than 5,000 rubles (on other days the amount was higher) and the office staff deceived me! In order not to lose the client, they assured that the courier would be on the trail quickly... although in fact my tests were postponed due to their deceit and negligence. day, and the doctor’s prescriptions and adjustments depend on this medicines. My husband and I for a long time didn't dare pass full diagnostics body. To be honest, the reason for all this was the negative reviews about almost every diagnostic center. About a month ago I took a test with a cultured sample from the nose, the suspicion was of sinusitis. I went to the clinic after consulting with a doctor and a not very successful attempt at self-medication with an antibiotic (I took an injection of Bicillin-5 a week and a half ago before coming to the clinic). An Uzbek woman took a sample from the nose. I explained to her that I suspected right-sided sinusitis (by this time pus was flowing out of my nostril profusely). She took a tampon, stuck it in my right nostril, took a sample, and then stuck the SAME TAMPON INTO MY LEFT NOSR! After which, the next day, pus began to flow from my left nostril. The test was ready after 4 days, the result was negative, I was apparently healthy. And this despite the fact that by that time pus was flowing out of my nose abundantly and there was a lot of inflammatory process! I visited the doctor, he said that they COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING, which means they DIDN’T SEARCH. And without this analysis, he cannot choose an antibiotic for me.

At the clinic they told me that nothing was sown due to the injection of Bicillin -5 :)
